Three weeks on an island in the Indian Ocean: indeed, we had exciting encounters with the curious Balinese people and did some adventurous culinary improvising. The making of Surdham Göb’s second book was a very special experience! The resulting cookbook is chockfull of energy boosting drinks and superfood snacks, many different main dishes and refined desserts.
