Chocolate pralines and chocolate truffles
Chocolate in any form is my specialty and hobby as a food photographer. Having worked in the patisserie business myself for many years, I know what is important when it comes to chocolate photography. These pictures are a small selection from a small cookbook that I photographed a few years ago for Hölker Verlag in Münster.
