Gelato

Making Stefano’s ice cream was a revelation for me. Once you’ve tasted the ice cream, you won’t want to eat no other.
The photo shooting in my studio was a bit of a challenge, as no fewer than 75 ice cream recipes were photographed for this book. Each ice cream flavor has its own recipe.
