Publication: Baking sweet Breads
The photos shown here are just a small excerpt from the book “Süsse Brote backen” by Lutz Geissler. It was published by “Ulmer Verlag” from Stuttgart.
The breads are so perfectly baked and all explained step by step that it would be too overwhelming to show them all here in one go. I am very grateful to Lutz for bringing me on board as a photographer. We are both on the same wavelength when it comes to our standards and working methods, which is no longer commonplace these days!
Süße Brote backen – einfach perfekt” has received 2 awards so far. First place in the “Bread” category at the German Cookbook Prize 2022 and a silver medal at the GAD award ceremony in Frankfurt in 2023.
