Baking Sweet Breads
The photos shown here are only a small excerpt from the book “Süsse Brote backen” by Lutz Geissler. They were published by the Ulmer Verlag in Stuttgart.
The breads are so perfectly baked and all explained step by step that it would be too overwhelming to show them all here in one go. I am very grateful to Lutz for bringing me on board as a photographer. We are on the same wavelength as far as our standards and working methods are concerned, which is not common nowadays!
