Cookbook by Layali from the restaurant Kreuzberger Himmel.
Through the publishing house” Zabert Sandmann” I had the pleasure to meet Layali Jafaar, the chef of the restaurant “Kreuzberger Himmel” in Berlin. The idea of a cookbook Layali was realised in the summer. It turned out that a great and unusual cookbook was created.
Exceptional oriental and Iraqi dishes from Layali’s restaurant made it easy for me to take great photos for the book.
The cookbook won the bronze medal at the German Cookbook Award 2022.
